I'm often called a healer. I prefer to think of myself as a tuning fork.
Not someone who fixes you.
Someone who reminds you what your own frequency feels like.
I spent years looking for myself in all the wrong places.
Parties. Performances. Other people's versions of who I should be. I was searching everywhere, genuinely everywhere, except the one place that actually mattered.
My inner world.
When I finally turned inward, I found something I wasn't expecting: not emptiness, not damage, not the mess I'd been running from. I found elements. Literally. Earth, water, fire, air and spirit… and through their energies, their language, their metaphors: I learnt who I was.
That's when everything changed.
We are not separate from nature. We are nature. The same elements that make up the physical world, that shape the tides and grow the forests and move the weather, make up you. Your body. Your energy. Your patterns. The way you think, feel, move, withdraw, ignite.
We are each a unique thread in a master tapestry so vast and so intricate that from where we stand we can only ever see our own small corner of it. But every thread matters. Every frequency is needed. When you're out of balance, the tapestry feels it. When you recalibrate, something shifts in the whole.
I've never fit neatly into a single tradition.
I’ve practiced so many different healing methods, and from all I have learnt and healed. But ultimately I keep coming back to the realisation that we do’t need to learn anything new, anything more. We have the tools already, in nature, in us. We are complete, and the confusion we feel it’s imbalances. The elements teach us to flow, to sow, to flourish on our own unique way, because no two flowers are the same. If we are willing to listen.
A healer finds the blindspots and does the work for you. A tuning fork finds YOUR frequency, and does the work with you.
That's the difference. That's what I do.
My anger has taught me where my boundaries were being crossed. My anxiety showed me were I was running on empty. The parts of us that don't fit neatly into someone else's idea of spiritual or healed or high vibe are not the problem. They are the most alive thing about us, our biggest teachers. They need to be met with acceptance.
Nothing was missing from me. And nothing has ever been missing from you. You just haven't been shown your own elements yet.
I'm Luisa.
I read the elemental language of the body and I'll teach you to read your own.
